Who am I and where do I Live?
My name is Ma’sum, an 39 years old man. I am a father of a daughter (6 years) and a son (4, 5 years). My wife is a civil servant in a state institution. I and my family live peacefully in the outskirt of the capital, known as Gandul, not far from Pondok Labu.

My educational background…
I graduated from the French Department, S-1 level, school of literature, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in Jogjakarta, and a bearer of a degree of literary scholar. Since I was a freshman year at the university, I have engaged in various extra-curricular activities where I used to provide administrative support and service related to data gathering, research and report.

What do I do currently?
Now after resigning from my employment of a private company in South Jakarta, I run a company named “Indofora Primacitra”---also in South Jakarta--- that deals with organizing conventions and seminars. The regular seminar that I arrange is “Debat Publik Indonesia” (Indonesia Public Debate), which highlights major problems of the nation such as education, housing, health etc. As director, I am responsible to manage the implementation of activities aimed to achieve the organization’s mission. I am also responsible for budgeting, preparing documentation, and collecting necessary information, conducting the monitoring of the program, reporting the results to the board of commissionaire etc.
Besides keeping busy at Indofora, I actively participated in various social activities in the district where I currently live, as I possess a great sense of civic responsibility. Accordingly, I own developed interpersonal skills to deal effectively with different group of society, as well as with government officers.
